Design strategy, management and executional oversight of print, video, social, and digital for Upper Respiratory Cough / Cold and Allergy, Digestive Health and Skincare categories; manage multi-year concurrent Rx-to-OTC Switch projects; developed process frameworks for newly formed internal design / product experience team overseeing external design, strategy and industrial design partner agencies; established global Consumer Health Design Inclusivity / Accessibility parameters; created Internal/External Design Rewards & Recognition program; established undergraduate design co-op recruitment process.

Management of all Consumer, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Corporate design activities to generate consistent people-centered brand experiences via insight and data synthesis, category knowledge, and cultural trend scouting.
